so asking all to update TRB profiles\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rebekah recommended searching yourself in the TRB system to see if you have multiple email addresses as well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thinking of equity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>External strategic alignment; internal staff reorganization \u2013 new deputy director; new director of operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jan 8-12, 2023 is next year\u2019s annual meeting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning and Forecasting events \u2013\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Greg noted that the committees got half as many sessions this year due to restrictions of COVID and the convention center<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anusha is unsure if this will continue but expects more sessions next year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Greg asked if we are a joint subcommittee; Rob noted that we are listed in the program as such but neither subcommittee knows if this is the case.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anusha and Rob can check<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Joint subcommittee: AEP50 and AEP10 (Transportation Planning, Policy and Process)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Research Results \u2013 Jeremy Raw<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Linkages with other TRB committees \u2013 liaison confirm interest and\/or report on committee activities\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Transportation Planning Policy and Processes Committee (ADEP10) \u2013 work with William Frawley to determine if they are still a parent committee \u2013 Rob Bostrom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel Forecasting Resource http:\/\/tfresource.org\/Statewide_Models AEP50(4)- Michelle Bina,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transportation Planning Analysis and Application (AEP15) \u2013 Greg Giaimo and Rob Schiffer, cancelled this year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parent Committee &#8211; Transportation Demand Forecasting (AEP50) \u2013 Rob Bostrom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Long Distance Subcommittee: discussed what is a long distance trip (50 or 100 miles) NYC = 100 but Oregon = 50; International conference in Portugal is still being scheduled, maybe for May\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Krishnan noted that there is not funds identified for a long distance trip survey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oregon and Ohio are jointly funding a long distance survey in ActivitySim<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical Presentations\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Iowa Statewide Model: Incorporating Rightsizing \u2013 Rob Schiffer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SHIFT Regional Model \u2013 Liza Amar, CDM Smith<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Florida Evacuation Model \u2013 Krishnan Viswanathan, Cambridge Systematics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Illinois Statewide Model Development \u2013 Steve Tuttle, RSG<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8:45 Research Focus Areas Status<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Virtual Peer Exchange for Statewide Models to Develop Research Topics\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>see results of 2004 Peer Exchange at: http:\/\/onlinepubs.trb.org\/onlinepubs\/circulars\/ec075.pdf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>think that it will be in June 2022;
